In the past 30 years Lance has worked out on the construction sites (getting down and dirty), estimating and sales, designing and drawing all bathrooms, basements, and kitchens. Assisting with Cabinet Designer while working with suppliers to give customers the home of their dreams. scheduling up to 20 sub-contractors to meet at each potential project, typing complete proposals, and completing and securing all permits and applications for every project.
